At Safran, we invite you to African. Moroccan and European fusion specialties and cuisine du Marcher, complimented by fine wines. The restaurant’s Moorish design features an impressive dome in the centre surrounded by louvered windows and French doors, offering an airy environment and a spectacular view of the Atlantic Ocean. Dinner is served from 7:30pm – 12:00 midnight. Dress code is casual elegance – no shorts or sportswear. Reservations are required for non-resident guest and we will be happy to reserve requested favorite tables for residents.
